BOWMOR BOWEN THERAPY
By using a series of gentle movements on specific muscles or at precise points of the body, an energy flow and vibration is created between these points. This allows your body to communicate better with itself and balance the other tissues, muscles & organs. It is done with a light touch & can be performed through clothing. There are pauses between sets of movements to allow your body to assimilate the energy and vibration.

HOMOEOPATHY
Homoeopathy is a complete system of medicine developed by German physician and chemist, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843), based on the principal of "let likes cure likes". This principle is based on a long held belief that substances that produce symptoms in a healthy individual can be used to treat similar symptoms in a sick person. Thus homeopathic treatment is believed to stimulate the body's ability to fight infection and susceptibility to disease.

HARMONIC MEDICINE
Harmonic Medicine uses sound as a therapeutic tool to heal the body, mind and spirit. We use the Acutonics® system of sound healing. This comprehensive system used tunic forks calibrated to planetary energetics. This planetary energy know as "The Music of the Spheres" has been used by healers for centuries. The Acutonics® system incorporates the Chinese Medical system of meridians and points to influence the body's energy. Additional energy centres such as the chakras are also accessed in this method of healing.

REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese form of therapy that aims to increase energy levels whilst promoting relaxation and wellbeing. Developed in the late 19th century, Reiki is applied through non-invasive, non-manipulative gentle touch or via distance treatment.
The underlying philosophy of Reiki is that if a persons energy is low, they are more likely to be unwell or stressed. It is it high, however, they are more capable of being happy and feeling well.
Reiki can be used in conjunction with any other treatment or medication that you may be taking or receiving.
