FREE SHIPPING OVER $100 (Australia) $150 (International)
Australia domestic – We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders from our online store that total $100 AUD or more. For orders less than $100 AUD a postage fee of $10 AUD applies.
International – We offer FREE SHIPPING of all orders from our online store that total $150 AUD or more. For orders less than $150 AUD a postage fee of $20 AUD applies.
Postage fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver via Australia post. Once your item has been dispatched with Australia post you will be updated with a tracking number.
Soulinspire is committed to providing you with the best service and products possible and we always endeavour to make sure stock levels are reflected accurately on our website. In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not in stock or unable to be fulfilled we will contact you via email to arrange a refund or suitable replacement.
Purchases made from the Soulinspire online store are subject to a 30 day return policy from the date your receive your order. This applies only to products purchased through the www.soulinspire.net/shop page. Services booked through this website using the booking app/widget on www.soulinspire.net/book-online-1 such as Acupuncture, Transformation Coaching and Traditional Chinese Medicine appointments are excluded from this refund policy. More information regarding these services can be found under our Terms and Conditions page.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with any original tags attached. You will also need to provide a receipt or order number.

FAULTY, DAMAGED or WRONG PRODUCTS
In the unlikely even that the products you receive from us are faulty, damaged or incorrect please let us know immediately by emailing email@example.com with your order number, a description of the fault or damage and or a picture so we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Personal care goods such as beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are completely unopened and in their original packaging state.
All sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and purchases of these items are final.
Delivery fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
If after ordering you change your mind and want to alter your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, if your request reaches us prior to your order being dispatched we can alter the order.
If your order has been dispatched, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item and once your refund is approved, place an order for the correct item.
On receipt and inspection of your retuned item we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved you will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for any refund to be credited back to your bank or credit card as there are other parties involved with this process.
